Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by us after your return request has been approved. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide photos or other relevant information when contacting us about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 Custom and Personalized Products

Certain products are made specifically for individual customers, including customized crystal bracelets, personalized crystal pieces, and other special-order products.

Because these products are specially made according to the customer’s personal requirements, birth information, preferences, or other specifications, custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

 Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

Where applicable, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

This right may not apply to customized or personalized products where permitted by applicable law.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after the return has been approved.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
